By accessing and using the PharmNode platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, laboratory, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept this agreement and cannot use the Service.

PharmNode acts as a Decision Support System (DSS) for pharmaceutical formulations. All physical simulations, powder flowability calculations (Carr's Index and Hausner Ratio), tablet press simulations, and regulatory compliance evaluations are predictive mathematical models based on theoretical properties.

THE CALCULATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' BASIS. All simulated values and warnings are intended for research and early design stages. Physical laboratory validation—including Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and physical test presses—is strictly required prior to any clinical manufacturing, batch compounding, scaling up, or market distribution.

In no event shall PharmNode, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any production failures, batch contamination, machinery damage, regulatory penalties, or health issues resulting from physical formulation trials based on calculations obtained via the Service.

You retain full intellectual property rights, ownership, and responsibility over all chemical formulations, custom excipient profiles, and node canvas recipe configurations created on your PharmNode workspace.

PharmNode does not claim ownership of user formulas. We do not sell, leak, or share user-designed active formulas to competitors or third parties. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your formulations do not violate local pharmaceutical regulations, patent laws, or active medical compound registrations in your jurisdiction.

Your usage of the Service is governed by your active subscription tier (Hobby or Professional). The Hobby tier restricts formulations to 3 ingredients per canvas and limits saved recipe counts. The Professional tier unlocks unlimited ingredients and GMP report generation.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the formulation algorithms, systematically scrape our pre-populated ingredients database, or bypass API rate limits via custom automated scripts. Any detected misuse, scraping, or brute-forcing of validation engines will result in immediate termination of the user account and active subscription without refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing a subscription through PharmNode, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All billing disputes, chargebacks, and refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their standard policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
